His acclaim derives from various professional roles in the corporate space and later the feat of growing Atlegang from a boutique accounting practice into a trusted professional services firm employing over twenty five people and servicing over thirty clients at any given time.
Backing himself with a National Diploma in Accounting (UJ), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (Mancosa), and an MBA (Mancosa), Dichabe’s derives his authority from the ability to navigate the tensions of theory vs practice, big picture vs detail, and strategy vs execution, which has elevated him into a trusted sounding board across several industries including engineering, construction, aviation, and financial services, to name a few.

His strategic orientation, combined with his entrepreneurial flair enable him to turn ideas into opportunity, while his consultative leadership and ability communicate clearly enable him to translate opportunities into results.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Nselelo built his 14-year career in both private and public service environments, which has exposed him a broad diversity of complex business issues, from building sophisticated governance and compliance systems for large organisations to developing agile growth strategies for high-potential startups.
